Photographer Jay Diers wants to share with us an exclusive work featuring a new face, model Spence. As Jay said: “The thing I do a lot when shooting models is finding newbies, amateurs that have never been in front of a professional photographer in there life. The idea of “breaking one in” to the industry is appealing and very tasty. The initiative of “discovering” the next big talent is always on my mind but I never compromise my tastes”

Mark Urich and RR Allen aka Jiro Tirano Photography have been teamed together for a little over a year. Mark is the technical expert on the team and RR brings his insatiable knowledge of fashion and trends. Mark studied photography at college before breaking into fashion. RR started out in the business on the design side at one point being heavily recruited by hipster companies like Hollister, Abercrombie and Gap. This unlikely partnership just happened. They found themselves working together more and more. They consider their work classic, quirky and original. They try to get in a deep relationship with the image of their clients and models. It is their goal to bring out notes of personality in a model that may have gone unnoticed before. But more than anything they like to have fun!

“Working with Ian Lauer was a blast. Ian Lauer, a top personal trainer at one of San Diego’s hottest athletic clubs, prides himself in keeping his body in tip top shape. He’s a breakout star with loads of personality. We shot in a 1950’s Art Deco style home, located in the hip part of San Diego. Throughout the house are bright colored walls and odd shaped door entries. We knew it was a perfect fit for this shoot because it was so odd in it’s character. Our goal was to tell a story about the man in his house, We wanted the images to be masculine, beautiful and interesting. Each meant to convey it’s own feeling of intrigue. We just went from room to room shooting, allowing each room to bring it’s unique quality to each frame. We all had so much fun shooting that we literally forgot the time!” – Ricky & Mark
